Minimal bachelor degree with additional courses on sales;
At least 7 years business development experience in European road transport
A ‘proven track record’ in sales and ‘pipe line’ development;
Experience in working in an international environment;
Independent worker and self-starter;
Business knowledge based sales person;
Working with short deadlines;
Structured and planned way of working;
Understanding customer requirements and translating them in a solutions;
European mind set (multi country environment);
Persistent;
Analytical, understanding underlying cost-drivers to create more cost effective customer solutions;
Communication with business partners in processes; concise and to-the-point;
Fluent in English; other European languages preferred.
