The key responsibilities of the Managing Partner Germany are:

• Executes all Inspired-Search German operations, including strategic planning, new business development, account management, marketing and executive search execution
• Generate new executive search assignments and execute the search, including job description preparation, candidate interviews, introduction to client, background checks etc.
• Conducts new business development activities as a way to promote growth and development.
• Builds positive relationships with customers and the community, and with the appropriate associations and organizations.
• Develops Inspired-Search to a top five Executive Search brands in the German Supply Chain and Logistics market
• Maintains the desired Inspired-Search image of quality, service, and professionalism in line with the corporate guidelines
• Operates Inspired-Search Germany in a profitable manner, assuring that a reasonable return is realized.
  
  

  Requirements

  • Bachelor or preferable Master degree in Logistics & Business Administration;
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the management of a supply chain / logistics operation
  • Strong entrepreneur with a excellent drive to set up his/her own business or expand an existing business
  • Experience in developing and coaching people (talent development);
  • Peoples’ Person with excellent coaching skills;
  • Hands on attitude, pro-active, self-employed and flexible;
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer orientation;
  • Ambitious, result- and service minded;
  • Open-minded with assertive behavior;
  • Analytical and trouble shooting skills (intercultural awareness);
  • Strong empathically skills and intercultural experience.
  • The Managing Partner Germany has an excellent balance between entrepreneurial spirit, business development and operational execution. The best candidate has experience in an international environment in either a LSP or Shippers organization.
